Is the hot water ready and available to dispenser, or does the hot water button need to be pressed and then it has to heat up?
Yes you need to press HOT WATER button. If it is flashing, that means it is heating up the water. When it gets solid, that means it is ready. Then you can press CHILD LOCK button to unlock it first then press HOT button to dispense hot water.
