Shipping and Warranty Policy
At NuVending, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your product and purchase. For all of the domestic orders with over 1lb package, we will use USPS priority mail which is FREE and normally takes 2-3 business days for the delivery.
If, for any reason, you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to NuVending within 30 days of purchase date. We also offer ONE-YEAR hassle free limited warranty for our products, to earn an extra THREE-MONTHS of warranty, you will need to leave a review on Social Media, Our Website, A blog or Amazon for the product you have purchased, click to fill form.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be submitting to our customer service team through email: Support@NuVending.com within 10 business days.
You have the option to exchange the item(s) or return for a refund for the full amount of the item(s) purchased. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, NuVending reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
How to return or exchange an item:
- In order to return or exchange an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Prepaid RMA label: If your product was defective, please send us an email first. We gather customer feedback and submit it to our manufactures for improvements.
- Customer Returns: If you want to return the item(s) you purchased, send us an email: click here. We will reply with your RMA shipping label and you can ship the order back to NuVending.
- Place the original package into a shipping Box.
- Please do not place the shipping label on the original manufacturer’s package.

- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- For international shipment, NuVending is not responsible for any custom tax or fee out of the US.
- NuVending is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
- NuVending is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
No Return/Exchange On:
- Any modified devices by NuVending to customer’s specifications.
- Special Order merchandise.
- Equipment that has been submerged in water, dropped or damaged.
