Will not pair both speakers just keeps changing from one speaker to another aand I get old phone sounds? I just recieved these from Amazon. I ordered 2 sets and the first pair both connect fine to my iphone and the sound is good. However when I follow the instructions for mulit speakers at the same time it just switches from one speaker to another. Also on both speakers I am able to see their is a blue light and I can change it to the light blue light but I have yet to see a "green" light at all from either speaker. I have not opened the second set yet I feel I purchased from the wrong company and the wrong tiki torches.????? Order # 114-3129144-7247467

The speakers work but there is sound that happens like a phone off the hook every minute or so. Any idea. It’s paired to a chrome book

Lacking Clear Instructions

I received the 2 speakers as a birthday gift and I've never wanted to return something more in my life. The directions provided as well as online instructions are horrible. Some of the responses to others' questions aren't even in complete sentences. The photos of buttons compared to the ones I received don't match up (for example, intead of a pause/play button, i have a "Pair" button). I've tried for over an hour and cannot get the speakers to pair with each other after reading each step carefully from support answers. I can get each speaker to individually pair with my phone. I turn my phone Bluetooth off and the speakers will not connect to each other. Also, if you're buying these for the lantern light, don't. It's barely a glow and will only help you locate a speaker in the dark.
