bought my first nuled lamp in november 2019 . just received my second one today. i know first one is out of warranty, but the friction assembly on the lamp base has failed completely . is there an adjustment or replaceable part. light still works great, the second one was to use outside my home. thanks for your help

I purchased this lamp, I am curious if the led lights are replaceable if they burn out.
Normally LED lasts for 30,000 hours. But some other reasons might impact its life span. As long as your purchase is in our one year warranty, we can replace the whole lamp for you.

how to connect to power for MT-602 I connect USB side to a USB power adapter and connect the dc side of the attached 1.5m cable to dc slot of the lamp but does work
On the base of the lamp, the microUSB port is the input and USB port is output. So you need to plug in the microUSB head to the small port of the lamp then plug the USB head to a USB power adapter. Then press the power button to turn it on.

I bought this lamp from Amazon. I expected to charge it and use it, but when I unplug it from the wall it doesn't power on. Is there a separate charger? Otherwise I love the lamp.
Hi, Thanks for your purchase. The one you bought does not come with battery included. But you can use an external power bank to power the lamp if you do not have AC outlet nearby. Thus the limited lifespan of power bank will not influence the use the lamp.
