i installed this unit today and the sun charged the battery all day as far as i know. The remote doesnt work apparently. It has an internal button battery...dont know if it is functional?? What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for your purchase. The PIR lights will not be on when the solar panel is charging the battery. That means the light will not be on at the daytime. Please check whether the lights will be on in the dark.

Technical, I bought two of your motion sensor lights and so far neither one of them works. I have reviewed the instructions many times and still nothing. It seems like the batteries are charged, after I positioned the solar sensor in direct light. when I press the test button, all lights flash for about a second, which tells me the battery is charged but when I use the remote and press the on button and any of the 4 different modes with 1. 2. 3, or 4 times, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? I refuse to believe the two different units are defective. Please advise.

Thanks for your purchase. Please keep in mind that the LED lights will not turn on when the solar panel detects sunlight and is charging the lights. So that it can save energy at daytime. If you want to test it, you can just disconnect the solar panel with the LED lights or cover the solar lights with cloth or other shade.
